About Melissa: I grew up in New England and developed my love for the water at a veryearly age.In Southern Maryland I discovered some of the most beautiful, and diverse waterwaysimaginable. "It was just so natural that my interest in real estate would develop on and around the waters of the Potomac River, Chesapeake Bay and their tributaries".

Professional Beliefs: No one person can be as knowledgeable and experienced as they would like to be in every area of the complex and diverse real estate markets. Just ascertain professionals develop a special interest incardiology, or environmental law, and acquire specialized knowledge in those area, I chose to concentrate inwaterfront real estate in St. Mary's County where I have lived for 18 years.
